Imperial Hotel Tokyo

In 1890, the Imperial Hotel Tokyo opened in Tokyo Hibiya as the state guest house to welcome guests of honor from abroad. Following, in 1924, the Imperial Hotel Tokyo was the first hotel in Japan with a permanent band, that was the Hatano Jazz Band. Then, in 1966, the Imperial Hotel Tokyo hosted the first dinner show in Japan as well as other events, thus also adopting the role of a hub for spreading arts and culture. The hotel provides a peaceful and comfortable stay amidst relaxing spaces and high quality services polished through a period of more than 130 years.
