The young, stingy American swindler, Freddie Benson (Takayuki Yamada), has come to visit Riviera, a high-class resort area where wealthy people from all over the world visit.
Already there, the great scammer Lawrence Jamieson (Kanji Ishimaru), along with fellow police chief Andre (Kishi Yuji), fooled and raked in the wealthy women, including the millionaire widow Muriel (Chizu Hosaka), with dandy charms. Freddie, who knew the true identity of Lawrence, fell in love with his ability and volunteered for discipleship.
The two collaborated and succeeded in deceiving the oil king's daughter Jollen (Miho Owada), but the scammers became increasingly hostile over the territory.
